How to Order Photo Mugs and Personalised Mugs
First step is the painful one..
Choose a style and pay for the mug (if you change your mind use the contact page to contact us and request a refund). Payments are covered by PayPals guarantee, remember.
Then tell us about your request on the following page and send over your pictures. We will mail you the design before printing (if you request this no-added fee service).
You must complete payment before moving on to the next stage.
IMPORTANT: Once you have Completed your PayPal Payment, click the "Return to Merchant" button in the shopping cart window to move on to the next stage in the ordering process. If you close the window by mistake, use the 'Next Step' button at the foot of this page.
Use the contact page if you have any questions or require pricing for larger orders.
You must have copyright or permission for all images (or at least tell us you have). Aside from that, we will print any images you like (unless illegal) and will delete all images within 10 days of dispatch of the mug.
