The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions for Rude Mugs, the use and placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with an order.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions:
Accuracy of Product Information
The intention of Rude Mugs is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible.
Availability
We try to always keep sufficient stock of all of our products, but there maybe be times where we cannot send your order out immediately and may have to wait for our suppliers to deliver. We will advise you if that is the case and give you the best time estimate for the delivery.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If Paypal payment has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will advise you and issue a refund within two working days to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Returns
We only supply products of the highest quality and hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us by e-mail at chris@rudemugs.co.uk we will be happy to exchange it or refund the money.
We regret that the postage, packaging and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
You can return the goods to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item, as claims for lost items without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund cost of postage with the exception of faulty goods or where an error has been made with your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched, by contacting chris@rudemugs.co.uk but please note that most of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. You should do so by contacting us first by e-mail chris@rudemugs.co.uk and returning the goods to the provided address at your own expense. Goods should be unused and in their original packaging. We will then cancel and refund your original order excluding P&P charges.

Liability Disclaimer
Total liability of Rude Mugs for any claims howsoever shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by Rude Mugs to the customer.
Rude Mugs shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. We also cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website and product packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
