How long will my order take to arrive?
The orders are posted the next working day by Royal Mail or standard parcels for larger orders. Allow 1-4 days in most cases. If your order has not arrived within one week, please contact us. Allow 5 days for larger items (standard parcels).
Can I request an alternative postal method?
Yes. Use the form on the contact page to send us details of your order and the requested postage method. We will then send you a paypal invoice.
Do we ship abroad?
Yes. Use the form at the bottom on the contact page to send us details of your order and we will reply with the cost of postage and options.
Can I collect and pay in person?
Yes, if it is convenient for you to do so. Most evenings are acceptable. We are located in the Branksome area of Poole in Dorset. No postage will be payable in these cases. Cash is preferred. We do not accept cheques. Please use the contact form to arrange. If paying by cash, there is no need to use the shopping cart, just include your contact details (tel no is quicker) in the details box.
Can I arrange a discount in Postage for larger orders?
Yes. Please use the contact form and give details of what you'd like to order. We will reply with postal costs.
Payment
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we use a Paypal shopping cart which accepts Paypal and traditional payment methods.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to Pay?
No. A debit or credit card is sufficient. Once your order is completed the shopping cart has an alternative payment method on the bottom left. Click the continue link to pay by normal card methods.
Contact
Please use the contact form. If you require a phone number, it will be supplied on the page after form completion. This is because this is not yet my full time business. Hopefully it will be soon.
Security
If you pay by Paypal, you are covered by PayPals security promises. Please see Paypal's website for terms and conditions. Under current PayPal guidelines (it is our understanding), you must close any dispute within 45 days of payment, although we do not expect to be involved in any!
